Refund Policy

All Sales Final — No Refunds
By booking a service, paying a deposit, or purchasing any product from Infinite Wraps, you agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your install slot, materials, and preparation time. If you cancel or fail to show up, your deposit is forfeited.
2. Installation Services
All wrap, PPF, tint, detailing, headliner, LED, and related installation services are final once work has begun. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for completed or in-progress installations.
3. Products & Merchandise
All product purchases — including suede fabric, starlight kits, LED accessories, and any other merchandise — are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
4. Defective Products
If a product is defective from the manufacturer, the manufacturer's warranty applies directly. Contact us so we can help facilitate a warranty claim where available. Infinite Wraps does not issue cash refunds for defective items.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion if requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. Repeated reschedules or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or products delivered is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action and collection of all related fees. If you have a concern, contact us first — we are committed to making things right wherever possible.
